Just sales people not sleep experts. they get you take a sleep quiz but it still useless. Just shows you bunch of different mattresses, but you really need to lay down try it. Also over price unless
Your getting it 50 percent off . You can find the same mattreses cheaper online or from US mattresses.com . They will give honest opinion. I wish i knew about it before i wasted 4,000 dollars
On a mattress that is too soft for me . The sale person who wrote me up said dont worry you be fine. We dont offer a firm , when they really did she just didnt care .
